Red Coral Beads Turquoise Enamel Charm Necklace

This handmade, one-of-a-kind beaded gemstone necklace features red coral beads spaced with 14k gold-filled beads and attached to 14k gold-plated loops and finishings.

The necklace fastens with a removable 14k gold-plated, snap ring clasp that doubles as a charm holder. A removable, gold-plated, turquoise enamel horn pendant hangs from the snap ring with pave CZ stones in multiple colors. 

Coral is believed to be endowed with mysterious sacred properties. It is a symbol of wisdom, happiness and immortality.

"Gold filled" means there is a solid layer of gold (12k, 14k, 18k or 24k) permanently bonded to a base metal, such as brass. The minimum layer of gold must equal at least 1/20th of the total weight of the piece in order for it to be designated 'gold filled.'   

Gold-filled is a beautiful and more economical alternative to solid gold, which is not affordable for everybody. Gold-filled jewelry has 100x more gold than gold-plated, and because that layer is so much thicker, it means gold-filled jewelry lasts longer and stands up to wear and tear better.
