Rainbow Beaded Layered Chain Necklace

This beautiful, one-of-a-kind, precious gemstone, 3-in-1 layered necklace features genuine, pink tourmaline, orange, yellow and pink sapphire rondelle beads, green chrome diopside beads and violet iolite beads.  

Multiple 14k gold-filled chains create beautiful layers in this unique piece.  Additional 14k gold filled beads and a lobster clasp complete the necklace, and a 14k gold-filled extender chain allows you to choose the right length. 

The shortest chain measures 16 inches and is adjustable up to 18 inches.  
The rainbow bead strand measures 17 inches and is adjustable up to 19 inches.
The longest chain measures 18 inches and is adjustable up to 20 inches.

"Gold filled" means there is a solid layer of gold (12k, 14k, 18k or 24k) permanently bonded to a base metal, such as brass. The minimum layer of gold must equal at least 1/20th of the total weight of the piece in order for it to be designated 'gold filled.' 

Gold-filled is a beautiful and more economical alternative to solid gold, which is not affordable for everybody. Gold-filled jewelry has 100x more gold than gold-plated, and because that layer is so much thicker, it means gold-filled jewelry lasts longer and stands up to wear and tear better.
